All of us resist change, but it is a hidden motive most of the time that block our progress, this book explain in a very clear stile make my mind change to an very helpful process in crating conditions for change. That is a must an ability that cannot be missed in our uncertain world.

I've read many books on change and been involved in change management and initiatives. Most of these books are very good and the initiatives they inspire quite worthwhile.

At first I was suspicious of the title, but I quickly realized this book is full of fresh and very useful content: Learn to recognize the different styles that are behind (seemingly) difficult behaviors, then become equipped to bypass them and finally communicate in a way that achieves results. It's a pleasant combination of business and applied psychology and is so easy to read that I almost categorized it as another "pop business" book.
